Hi, I’m Robert!

I began my career in facilities management through the fitness industry, where I spent 10 years developing a strong understanding of operations and customer service. That experience gave me a great foundation for the work I do today.

In my current role, I’m in constant communication with our tenants, making sure their housing needs are met and that their living experience is a positive one. I enjoy knowing that the work we do directly impacts the lives of our groups at the collegiate level.

One of my strengths is finding ways to make processes more efficient so that our team can be successful. I also try to keep a level head when challenges come up. One piece of advice that has always stuck with me is that panic is not an acceptable substitute for urgency.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, playing and watching sports, and staying active through exercise. I was a member of Delta Tau Delta at the University of Michigan, and I’m proud to say that the sense of brotherhood I found there has only grown stronger over time.
