FAQs

GENERAL

  • Please send us a message within your Member Portal. Not only is this the most convenient way to contact us, but it will ensure your message is routed to the appropriate staff member as it will automatically identify your chapter, contact information and/or the student you are associated with. Typically, all messages are responded to within two (2) business days.

CHAPTER HOUSE

  • Yes. All members and guests must abide by the Chapter House Rules at all times and pay to have access and amenities in common spaces of the chapter house as members.

  • Anytime you encounter maintenance at the property, you have the ability to enter the ticket into Revela via your Member Portal. The name of the Maintenance Ticket can be short but we ask you to enter a detailed description so we are sure to fully resolve all issues members encounter at the chapter house. The inputting maintenance tickets via Revela allows you to track Maintenance Tickets for the property in real time. Your House Director is also a great resource to get maintenance issues at the property resolved right away.

  • Since living in the chapter house is a requirement of membership and all members sign a sublease agreement, lease break fees will apply.
