Hi, I’m Claire!

Before joining Greek Housing Management, I worked at a private counseling practice but was ready for a change. I’ve always had a passion for the Greek Life community, so when the opportunity to join the GHM team came along, I was excited to begin a new chapter in my career.

Each day in my role looks a little different, which is something I really enjoy. I support house directors at various sites, assist other asset managers with their portfolios, communicate with vendors, and travel to properties as needed. I have also taken on several administrative responsibilities for my team, which keeps things interesting and collaborative.

What I love most about my work is the opportunity to travel and build relationships. It is a very hands-on role, and I find a lot of fulfillment in connecting with people and seeing the impact of what we do firsthand.

I consider my interpersonal skills one of my biggest strengths. I have an easy time connecting with people and reading situations, which helps me build trust and work effectively with others. One piece of professional advice that has always stayed with me is to be an active listener. It sounds simple, but it makes a big difference in understanding others and building meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, I am a big baseball and football fan. I cheer for the Cleveland Guardians, the Cleveland Browns, and the Ohio State Buckeyes. I also love trying new restaurants and spending quality time with my family and friends.

I am a proud member of Gamma Phi Beta, and my favorite part of my experience was living in my chapter house. It was such a unique and memorable time in my life, and I truly would not be where I am today without Gamma Phi Beta. I am forever grateful to the organization and the lifelong friendships it gave me.
